My payout request was rejected
If you receive the following message error:
“We have been unable to process your payout due to the following reason: Please contact support with an up to date ID so we can process your payment.
Your payout request will not be processed until you have submitted a new ID that is then verified and approved.
Possibile explanations:
- The ID you previously provided has lost its validity.
- It is not possible to finalize your Payout Request with the previously submitted documentation.
- Your Account does not have all the payout information necessary for you to withdraw money.
- To submit your application, please include a selfie with your government-issued photo ID in hand.
Your rewards will become available as soon as your ID has been checked and accepted. Please be aware that if you have seen this notice, you must wait until this is finished before you may collect your payouts.
Note that EVERY submitted image must adhere to the following requirements:
- The editing, cropping, or resizing of images is not permitted.
- There must be color in every image.
- Photos or scanned copies of the required paperwork must be sent. You won’t be accepted if you provide electronic papers or a photo of a photo.
- It is necessary to be able to see the document’s four corners.
- You must present the whole piece of valid official identification. The document cannot be edited, cut, censored, or have any portions redacted.

- Creators in the US must fill out a W9 form.
